Taco Seasoning

Seriously?  $1 a package?  Lame.  So I made my own and keep it in a little tin now.  Cheaper, and now I don't have to fret when I magically don't have one of those stupid envelopes in the pantry.

I found the recipe I like best at $5 Dinners.

The Ingredients:

1 part chili powder
1 part ground cumin
1 part garlic powder
1 part onion powder
1/4-1/2 part crushed red pepper

The Labor:

Toss all that crap in a bowl, stir up up, and sit back joyous in your accomplishment.

Oh, and store in an airtight container.  I use 2 T per Lb of burger.

Last little legal tidbit:  This is for my personal use.  I don't claim nor advertise ownership of this recipe.  Please go to the original post for that, linked above.  If you take issue with this post at all, please let me know and I'll gladly remove it.  *whew*
